Thoroughly enjoyed it.” “I just want to say thank you to everyone for your efforts over the weekend and I am sure the months before that as well in order to put together the event. Listening to various people over the weekend it sounded like it wasn’t easy this year and there was a lot that you had to go through in order to make it happen. All of the guys with the KRAC team really appreciate your efforts. We all had a great time on and off the field and are looking forward to participating in another Sixes event in the near future. “It was a real pleasure playing in Hong Kong again this year, meeting friends from previous tournaments and also meeting so many new characters who we look forward to meeting again in the future as well.” “Cat and Brad, you’re living legends. Cat, if I looked less than festive it had zero to do with the cricket or the marvelous event you fellas staged. The festival is not all about winning and losing particular matches, as you rightly observed, but about celebrating friendship through cricket. The friendship and entertainment during the three days of competition was brilliant to be a part of and I enjoyed it all immensely. To see the way that the various levels of competition worked so well, especially the Women’s Division, was a credit to the organisation of this truly international event. “Congratulations to the Waratah-Mayfield CC on their tour to Hong Kong and on winning the Women’s Division, the Shanghai Dragons for winning the Cup Division, as well as to all the others who won the many awards presented at the Festival. I would also like to thank my special hosts and team mates, the CBBs, who ensured that I was looked after at the ground and socially throughout the whole weekend.” “Thanks for a fabulous weekend at the Sixes. Our highlight of the weekend was beating our long time friendly rivals the Macau Scrubbers in our first game. I guess my highlight was bowling the first over against Whale and Cyrus. Whale padding up to the first ball was classic, him missing the next two was equally as so.
